The content will focus on key concepts, ideas, applications, and problem-solving. Teaching and learning will be conducted in a more interactive manner; questions will beencouraged, and classroom sessions will regularly contain more fun, creative, collaborative, andexploratoryactivitiesfor students fordeeper andmoreexperientiallearning.
In all classes, experiential learning is adopted, including hands-on learning, arts-integratedand sports-integrated education, story-telling-based pedagogy, among others, as standard pedagogywithin each subject, and with explorations of relations among different subjects. To close the gap inachievement of learning outcomes, classroom transactions towards competency-basedlearning and education. The assessment toolsare also in line with the learning outcomes, capabilities as specified for eachsubjectofagiven class.
The formulation of a new and comprehensive National Curricular Framework for School Education, NCFSE 2020-21, is designed by the NCERT - based on the principles of thisNationalEducationPolicy2020. In accordance with CBSE curriculum, we inculcated student friendly formative assessments (FA-1, FA-2, FA-3, FA-4) and summative assessments (SA-1 & S.A-2) in the pattern of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation.
